We hope you love what you've ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Return Procedure

Step 1:
Contact our Customer Service at storeveniabelle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if there is a quality issue)

Step 2:
Wait for return instructions from our support team.
Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Step 3:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear

  • Intimate garments

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Non-Quality Issues

The following situations are not considered product defects:

  • Loose threads or minor finishing details

  • Slight color differences due to monitor display settings

  • Personal dissatisfaction with style, color, or fit

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care

  • Sizing issues (please consult our size chart carefully before purchasing)

The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your request is approved.
