About Coupon Codes

1. How do I use a coupon code?

Add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, enter your discount code in the designated field and click “Apply”.
If valid, the discount will be applied automatically.

Please note: Only one coupon code can be used per order.


2. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout.
Discounts cannot be applied after the order has been completed.


3. What if I forgot to use my coupon code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts once an order has been placed.

1. Do I have to order online?

Yes. Veniabelle is an online store, and all orders must be placed through our website.


2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Shop Pay

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

5. Can I make changes to my order?

6. Can I track my order?

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–5 business days
Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

4. Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. You may ship your order to a different address at checkout.
